This is the personal blog and public journal of Tom Woodward. He is a “middle aged” husband and father, a veteran of two branches of the military who served during the Vietnam War, he’s been an biomedical engineer, the COO and GM of a small corporation, and has served on a number of public policy boards and as successfully stood for election twice in Coventry, CT.

“I love to write, but I’m not able to dedicate much time to the activity. I’ve authored a number of technical papers, and was the winner of the 2009 Artwork from the Cube competition conducted by the Kansas City Art’s Council in the “Worst Opening Line” category (which I failed to in 2010! Although, I was extremely proud of my 8 word story.”

His passions, besides his wife and daughter, are working smart not working hard, writing, photography and antique motorcycle restoration. I’ve owned many bikes; 3 Harley’s, a 1930 Harley Davidson VC, a 50 FL Bobber and now an 84 FXRT in addition to 3 Hondas, 2 Yahamas, and 3 Kawasakis and a Suzuki.
